Public Classes
Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7-8pm. We practice slow and strong - emphasis on alignment action within the body experience, and rooting awareness to the here and now.

One on one consultation and practice to determine goals and intentions. Follow-up includes PDF sequences, video support, and monthly check-ins if desired.
Semi-private Group Instruction
Guided small group practice instruction for special events and/or retreats.
